Remember to make the discussion private if your message contains any confidential details.

To help us to help you as quickly as possible, please include the following information:

• Whether you are talking about Goalscape Desktop or Goalscape Connect (or both)
• Your Operating System and version (eg 'Windows 8')
• For any download, installation or activation issues – and for anything to do with Goalscape Connect – please include:
  • Your browser and version
  • How you connect to the Internet (direct Ethernet/WiFi or via a LAN)
• Details of any error messages – and if there is a 'Show details' button please click it and C&P the entire text with your message
• Screenshots are always useful too!
