Cannot re-install goalscape after update adobe air (win 10)

Hi,
I cannot re-install goalscape Goalscape Desktop even I followed your instruction in ypur knowledge base

Message:
"Leider ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.
Die Anwendung konnte nicht installiert v/erden. Installieren Sie die
Anwendung erneut. Wenden Sie sich an den Anwendungsautor,
wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht.
Fehlernr. 0"

    Hello Manfred

    Sorry you have been having trouble.

    The latest live download on our website is fully certificated: it is working fine in all our tests here and we have not heard from anyone else who has encountered any problems.

    Please could you try the 'Uninstall and Reinstall Goalscape Desktop and Adobe AIR' fix – full step-by-step instructions are on our Known Issues page.

    If that does not work for you, the most likely cause is a Registry error, so you will need to clear your Registry. The steps to do this are here (that link is also on the Known Issues page).

    if problems persist, please post again with the versions of Adobe AIR and Goalscape Desktop that you have installed, confirmation of the stage at which you encounter the error and, if possible, a screenshot of the error message.

    Hi,
    I don't know what happened.
    Yesterday there was a larger Windows 10 update.
    Today, I was asked to upgrade Adobe Air. This did not work properly and Goalscape didn't work any more.
    I have removed everything via your instructions.
    I had to force the deinstallion of Goascape.
    Afterwards I searched within the registry and deleted all Goalscape entries.
    I rebooted my PC and reinstalled Adobe Air and Goalscape Desktop.
    It seems Goalscape works .

    Yes: it appears that the Windows 10 update moved or changed your Registry, which is why your Goalscape Desktop reinstallation could not pick up the relevant information.
