Liebes Goalscape Team,

    Hello Miguel

Glad you like the new web app! Sorry you have had trouble – and for replying in English.

When you Upload a Desktop goalscape (.GSP file), it should certainly appear correctly, with all the Goal Notes intact, along with all the text formatting applied in Desktop: color, bold, italic, bullets, hyperlinks, etc. If you have used different font sizes in Desktop however, they will indeed appear at the default size in the uploaded goalscape in the web app (this is expected behavior).

Please note that Goal Attachments are not yet supported in the new web app (you will see an on-screen warning about this during the Upload). The new Notes field supports tables, images and videos though; and for other files we use a filesharing facility with links to those documents in the Notes (this is a particularly effective way to share 'live' documents in shared goalscapes).

If your uploaded goalscape is lacking any other information contained in the Desktop version please provide details the lost entries – ideally with a screenshot showing how the goalscape appears in Desktop and the difference in the web app. Please also confirm:

    • Make and model of your device

    • Operating System and version (eg 'Windows 10')

    • Browser and version.

You can also post the .GSP file here and we will test the Upload (in case there are errors in the project itself – eg exceptionally long goal names).

    All the best

    Richard
