web version vs. AIR/offline version features
Will there be a big discrepancy in the features of the two versions? I prefer working with apps that keep their data locally (but maybe can sync to online). Seeing as Goalscape is an Adobe AIR app I guess the two versions would more or less be exactly the same?

Yes, the basic functionality and user interface will be very similar.
Initially the online version will be a web application and the data will be held on the server only. In Goalscape Online, each project will have a 'master', either on the server or locally; if you choose to make it local you will be able to upload copies (eg as a backup) but the master will remain on your desktop.
