Switching computers

have switched to an iMac — can i use my old license, which I no longer can find?

    Hi Roger

    No worries – you can simply download the Goalscape Desktop software onto your new machine from here, then activate it at the Welcome screen that appears when the application starts – exactly as you have done before (I confirm you have spare permissions on your account to do this).

    If you have lost your password you can reset it here (that link is also on the Welcome screen itself).

    When you upgrade your equipment in future you can uninstall Goalscape Desktop from one of your existing computers in order to free up an activation to use on your new (or reconfigured) machine.
