Android Smartphone App

All Browser in my smartphone Android 4.2.1 written: Adobe Flashplayer is not installed. But i installed a APK, but login is not possible and so the Goalscape App is not running too. What can i do?

    To access your Goalscape Online projects on your phone, you need to use the free Goalscape Mobile app (Android and iOS). It is a companion app that syncs with the main Goalscape Online web application to deliver daily goals and tasks to your phone or tablet. Because most phone screens are too small to display the goal map and support all its functionality, goals are displayed in an indented text hierarchy, similar to the Goal List in the main application.

    If you have any problems downloading, signing in to or using Goalscape Mobile for Android, please post again with details of the make and model of your device.

    Thanks for the answer, Richard.

    I know that Goelscape Mobile is necessary, but this app starts only a white screen. I thought I must be logged in via a smartphone, so that the app works. My Phone is a Huawei G700 with Android version 4.2.1

    with my tablet (Xenio10Extrem Android 4.2.2) the same thing happens, only a white screen.

    Thanks for the additional information.

    I understand that the issue you are reporting is that you see a 'white screen' in Goalscape Mobile – I have already escalated this to the development team and we will try to reproduce the error.

    To help our investigations please could you confirm whether you see the white screen immediately upon starting the Mobile app, or if it appears after you sign in.

    To ensure you are using the latest version, please also try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from here.

    PS In response to your follow-up I understand that the same 'white screen' issue is affecting your Odys Xelio 10 Extreme Android tablet.

    Yes on both devices I get immediately a white screen immediately after the click of the app button, i see not a login. Reinstallation is no change

    The versions of Android that you are using (4.2.1 and 4.2.2) are quite old. Please could you try updating Android on the affected devices and let us know if you still experience the 'whitescreen' issue.

    unfortunately, this is not good news, because it is not technically possible, my 2 year old mobile phone upgrade to a higher version of Android. I think, unfortunately, I have to renounce Goalscape cloud. :-(
