    Hello Tara

Good to hear from you again! Hope you and yours are well.

We operate agile development and do not give release dates for updates until we have finished alpha testing. Of course we realise that in this case we have a hard stop at December 31, 2020, so we are aiming to deliver it well before that date. Watch out for announcements...

    Keep achieving great goals!

    Richard

    Hello Richard,

I've seen your answer to Cornel, saying you would expect to have a beta version available for us to try in the next few months.
What's the process to be involved in betatesting of Goalscape 3.0.

    Take care,
    Tara

    Hello Richard,

Could you tell us about the Goalscape 3.0 new features.
For example, will we be able to use Goal variables to define our own attributes and the formulae to calculate their values for each goal,as a visual spreadsheet ?
Will we have access to the global importance attribute information of a subgoal via the panel ?

    Take care,
    Tara

    Hello Tara

Good to hear from you again.

Goalscape 3.0 is the new version of Goalscape Online, which will use the latest technologies to make it a fully cross-platform web app.

Additional business features like Goal Variables, which you can use to display Overall ('global') Importance, are currently supported only in our corporate product Goalscape Enterprise.

We may include this feature, along with other Enterprise features like per-goal sharing and Gantt view, in a new Goalscape Plus product (to be available as an upgrade to Goalscape Online) at some point in the future, once we have released Goalscape 3.0.

Watch out for announcements – and stay safe!

    Richard

    Hello Richard,

do you mean that there won't be a Goalscape Desktop 3.0 ?

    Best,
    Tara

    Hello Tara

Even though Goalscape 3.0 will be fully cross-platform, we will continue to support the separate Goalscape Desktop standalone software. We are also investigating a captive runtime version, which will make Desktop independent of the local Adobe AIR environment.

    Keep achieving great goals!

    Richard
