Making a goal private (for eyes only)
How to make a goal private?
There are instances when sharing a GS that I wish to have specific part of a GS to be eyes only permission.
Is there a way for the user to control access to chosen and specific portions of a GS as in password protect or just lockout until a decision is made to share content??

Hello Wallace
Goalscape Online project sharing is per project: whatever access you give a collaborator (Admin, Edit or View) applies to the whole project.
If you want to share only part of a project with others, you can create separate project(s) to share with the other person(s). Instead of maintaining that entire 'sub-project' (and all its subgoals) in the 'master', just add a single goal (with an appropriate name and no subgoals) and hyperlink it to the main goal of the sub-project (and vice versa). You can periodically update the progress in the goal in the master project, based on the overall progress in the sub-project (as shown in the main goal of the sub-project).
We may investigate 'deep linking' of projects once we have delivered Goalscape 3.0.
JSYK, per-goal sharing is one of the additional business features provided in our corporate product Goalscape Enterprise (see the attached pdf). In the future we may roll out some of these extra features in a 'Goalscape Plus' product, to be available as an upgrade to Online.
Keep achieving great goals – and stay safe!
Richard
