View only users
Hi,
How can a view only user to write a comment on shared goals?
I mean a person with free account to write something on shared goals please.
(Note: the button "Select same goal as this person" does not work!)

Viewers
Yes: 'Viewers' may be those who do not have a valid subscription (trial or paid), or who have been given only Viewer status on a particular shared goalscape. Viewers can navigate the goalscape and read all its contents; they cannot however make any changes (which includes writing Goal Comments). Those who are contributing to a goalscape and who need to be able to update it (and use Goal Comments) need a subscription.
Select same goal as online collaborator
This function, accessed via the Collaborators button at top right (next to the Share button) is working correctly in all major browsers on computers and tablets:
IMPORTANT
If you are Centered on a subgoal, and a collaborator is in a goal in a different area of the goalscape (not visible in your view), when you click that collaborator's name, Goalscape will not change your view: it will just select the central goal.
So if this function is not working correctly for you, please first ensure that you are in Overall view – ie with the Main Goal at the center of the goal map (you may also need to refresh the page). And if it still does not work correctly for you in that view, please post again with details of your Operating System and the browser you are using.
