Hello there!
Please put me down for the beta test. I have had the desktop version since last May and I use it to help with my golf as well as at work.

I would like to participace becouse an online version is the only way how I can effectively use Goalscape across many computers. Current version is great, but is also limited to desktop. So I am very curious about what online can offer and would like to test it.
Thanks

Hi there, if you'll take people completely new to the software I'd love to help out -- I've done some beta testing in the past, and was trying to sort out what I wanted goal software to do/be/etc...
Thx

Hello everyone - thanks for signing up.
Sorry it has taken longer than expected to start this beta test - we are anticipating launching a preliminary version very shortly.
Watch this space!

I'm interested in participating, too. Do you have a desktop beta team, too?
Support Staff 28 Posted by Richard Parslow on 24 Mar, 2010 09:51 AM
Hi Michael
Thanks for your application for the beta test team for the Goalscape Connect online collaboration project.
Goalscape Desktop has been a fully-fledged live public product for some time and as such is no longer subject to formal beta testing.
The initial beta test team for Goalscape Connect will be drawn from existing customers of Goalscape Desktop, since they have the relevant experience using the tool as a standalone product.
If there is anything else you need to know before purchasing please post here.
All the best!
Richard

Hello Beta Testers.
We are delighted to announce the launch of the beta test for 'Goalscape Connect', our online collaboration tool. Last year we set ourselves the goal of achieving this in Q1 2010, so we have made it with 5 days to spare!
To start using Goalscape Connect, go to this site: http://connect.goalscape.com.
Those of you who have already bought Goalscape Desktop can use your existing registration details to log in and start goalscaping online straight away! If you have not yet purchased Goalscape Desktop please post a message here and we will send you a password (privately, by direct email to the address you used to post here).
Build new goalscapes online and upload your existing ones. You can download edited goalscapes from Goalscape Connect to your desktop and we recommend that you download frequently as a backup.
Share your goalscapes with friends and colleagues by sending them the relevant web address by email or chat. Be careful: anyone who receives that web address will be able to read and edit it! If the other person already has a Goalscape account they can sign in and their username will appear on your screen as 'Collaborators'. If they do not have an account they will still be able to access the shared goalscape; to create their own they just need to register.
All Goalscape Connect accounts are free during the preview period. When we launch it as a subscription service, it will cost €9.00 per month.
Using Goalscape Connect is very similar to using Goalscape Desktop (with a few minor differences). Nearly all the existing functionality is there, although the hotkey shortcuts are not working yet. The Attach file function is not yet implemented either – but you can use Google Docs (or other file sharing sites) and insert the relevant URLs as live links in the Notes field of any goal.
The Goalscape UI is as clear and intuitive as we can make it. Nevertheless the standard Goalscape online Help is available via the '?' button top right; and brand new tutorial videos are available under "infopoints" on all the major functions (click the 'i' button top right to see where they are, then click any of the blue buttons to watch the relevant video).
Marcus has also made a quick video that explains how to use Goalscape Connect – you can watch it here.
And of course if you hit an issue that we have not covered you can always post here! To help us manage this initial closed Beta Test it would be helpful if you could post all questions, comments and suggestions (with the words 'Goalscape Connect somewhere in the Subject).
May you all achieve great goals!
Your Goalscape Team

Nicely done. Congratulations. I just uploaded my first to see how it works. I look forward to working with it more next week.
