Search our Known Issues or browse the public discussions; if you are having trouble with something that is not covered elsewhere, just start a new discussion. When you ask a Question or report a Problem, please tell us:
1. Whether your post is about Goalscape Desktop or Goalscape Connect
2. The Goalscape version number and your installed version of AIR (both appear when you run your cursor over the 'Goalscape' logo in the top left corner of the screen)
3. Your Operating System and version (eg 'Windows 7')
4. Your default browser and its version number or, if you are running Goalscape Connect in a different browser, the name and version of that browser
