Sorry that you have been having trouble.
Your account is all in order: payment has been received and the transaction has been completed. It is possible that the registration confirmation email (from '[email blocked]') has fallen into your spam filter or junk folder; but I have I have reset your password anyway. You should now be able to activate your Goalscape Desktop installation with the following credentials:
