sorry, but unable to start yet with g/s
Sorry,
But unable to start with goalscape. I have attached the sequence of images that I am presented with as I try to get going.
No amount of swiping the screen is helping me get find the text fieldd. Perhsps I am doing many things wrong?
Also the loading is about 8~10 seconds and I am on 4G, I found the sign-in spot on the home page rather hard to find.
Looking fwd to getting up to speed w g/s.

Hello Paul
It appears that you are trying to sign in to your Goalscape Connect account on a phone or a tablet. Please could you confirm the device make and model and the Operating System (and version) that you have installed on it.
We are about to release a new version of the Goalscape Mobile app for iOS and Android. This will be a companion app for Goalscape Connect, delivering daily goals and task lists to your mobile device in the form of a text hierarchy.
In the meantime you should be able to access your Goalscape Connect account on a tablet (although not on a phone).
On the iPad you need to install the free Puffin browser, which (unlike the standard iOS Safari browser) supports Flash applications. You need to ensure that you are using the Puffin browser when you go to the Goalscape Connect website, then you should be able to sign in.
On some Android tablets running the latest Chromium browser you can access Goalscape Connect direct.
All the best
Richard

Hello Paul
Goalscape Connect is a web application: it supports all browsers on Windows or Mac desktop or laptop computers.
Although it is not a tablet application, users of some Android tablets (and iPads with the Puffin browser) can access it with full functionality. If you cannot access it on your Galaxy Note II using the latest Chrome browser you will need to wait until we release the Goalscape Mobile app or the full native version for Android tablets.
All the best
Richard

Hello Richard,
I will wait to see if we can use g/scape on android tablet. And wait a bit further to see how g/scape fares on my big screen fablet.
Btw:, I was interested to read of one of your users who are ditching apple after 26yrs, for android. How the world turns.
Paul Schuback.

Hi Paul
Thanks for the additional information – watch out for our announcements about the Goalscape Mobile app for Android and the full native version for Android tablets.
Keep achieving great goals!
Richard
PS Incidentally, where did you see the article about one of our users ditching "Apple for Android"?

Hello,
I briefly attempted to log/sign into a 'Goalscape for Android' just then.
No luck. I don't know if it's me or the technology that is preventing this
union to work (?).
You asked about the piece I read about a couple moving from Apple to
Android...Sorry but my only recollection is that it seemed retail costs may
have been the reason. And have attended a grab of a similiar article...I
have 'learnt to love my android...and said u e a r s ago Apple were mad
not to have a fablet...I reckon tablets ought to be phones as well...why
not?'
Thanks,
Paul Schuback
Sydney.

Hello Paul
We have not yet released the Goalscape Mobile app for Android – you are on the list of beta testers and we will notify you when it is available.
Thanks for the additional background about people moving from Apple to Android – yes, retail prices would be a good reason!
All the best
Richard
