Plugin failure error messgae
When I login to Connect I get the error message Plugin Failure. That's it! A blank screen and no options. What does it mean and how do I deal with it?

Hello Alice
The "plug-in failure" error usually indicates an issue with the version of Adobe Flash Player that you have installed. So the first thing to do is to make sure that you have the latest version – you can download it here.
Note too that if you are using Safari, it has Known Issues with ALL Flash applications (not just Goalscape Connect!). So we recommend that when you use Goalscape Connect you use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
