Can't log into Goalscape Connect
First I got some "server time out / retry" messages, then I tried to re-load the application and now get nothing...

Sorry you had trouble – and for the delay in responding.
I am glad to see that Goalscape Connect appears to be working OK for you now – thanks very much for letting us know! From that error message it appears that there was a connection issue. I confirm that there was no problem with the server: it tested OK for us and nobody else has reported any similar problem.
If you are using Safari, please note that the browser has Known Issues with all Adobe Flash Player applications (not just Goalscape Connect!). So if you experience any similar issue in future please try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome; and if problems persist please post here again with details of your Operating System (and version) and the browser(s) you were using.
