Hi Tine
We are unable to reproduce the error you are reporting here. Please could you confirm whether you are talking about the Infopoint videos in the software itself, or the Intro and Tutorial videos on our website.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation here.
Richard

Hi Tine
I confirm that those videos are certainly working fine at this end. Since you have had a problem using both Firefox and IE, it is likely that the issue is due to your installed version of Adobe Flash Player. Please download the latest version here and try again.
You can also try the Chrome browser: it uses a Flash plug-in and automatically updates the Flash Player for content viewed on Chrome.
If problems persist, please post again with a screenshot of what you see and details of your Operating System and version and the browser and version you are using.
Lastly, all the mini-videos that describe specific functionality are implemented as Infopoint videos in the software itself. To access Infopoints, click the 'i' button at top right, then click any blue 'i' button to see the video about that feature or UI element. (Also requires the latest Adobe FP).
All the best
Richard
