I paid for a perpetual license but in pass days i received a email for you that say "The free 6-month subscription to Goalscape Connect that you received with your Goalscape Desktop license has just expired. You can still view your online projects here: https://connect.goalscape.com/; however you can no longer edit them."

Your use of the standalone Goalscape Desktop application is of course unaffected.

    Hello Donny

Yes: Goalscape Desktop and Goalscape Connect are two separate (yet compatible) products.

Your Goalscape Desktop license is indeed perpetual, so you can install the standalone Goalscape Desktop software on 2 machines concurrently and continue to use the application (with free updates) for ever, with no further payment at all.

Every Goalscape Desktop license also includes a free subscription to the separate web application Goalscape Connect – it is this free subscription that has just expired. If you have created (or uploaded) any online projects you can still sign in and View your projects; if you wish to continue to use the web application to update these projects you will need to renew your subscription.

If you do not wish to renew your Goalscape Connect subscription and you have created some online projects that you wish to access in Goalscape Desktop (but have not downloaded them), please post again and we will give you a short extension to your Connect subscription to allow you to download them.

Keep achieving great goals in 2015!

    Richard
