Activation unavailable
hi,
I have reinstalled the OS on all my machines that were previously activated. Was unaware before I did it ( I did look) that I could "release" the activation. Also a notification/response that defined the issue i.e activation limit, more precisely would be useful/ more efficient.
Thank you in advance,
Derrick Finn

Hello Derek
Yes: your Goalscape Desktop perpetual single-user license allows you to install and activate the software on 2 machines concurrently – your latest successful activation (in February) used the last available on your account.
We have given you an extra permission on your account, so you can now go ahead and (re)activate your installation.
When you upgrade your equipment in future (including OS reinstallation) you can uninstall Goalscape Desktop from one of your existing computers in order to free up an activation to use on the new machine.
Thanks for the suggestion about a message to indicate activation limit (as opposed to incorrect credentials), we will investigate this.
Keep achieving great goals!
Richard
