Video
Nothing happens when I click 'watch intro video' on the home page. I just get a grey, blank, popup window with no video.

Sorry you have been having trouble.
The problem may be to do with your local security restrictions, or possibly a browser or plugin issue. You should be able to view the video in YouTube here: http://www.youtube.com/v/Z-evA6uI76k. If that does not work please try a different browser; and if you still have trouble viewing it please post again with details of any error messages.

Thanks. It's working now, so one way or another it's been fixed over the last few months.

Splendid! Glad to hear it. We have not heard from anyone else having a similar problem, so it was most likely due to a browser or plugin issue. I am marking this 'resolved'.
