Activation issue - Network Error
Hi Goalscape Team,
Similar problem to a recent one noted in Discussions, receiving Network Error when trying to activate Goalscape Desktop on my new computer which is running Windows 7 (64) , IE 11
I understand that a fix is underway but should I download the same .air file to attempt to fix the problem or wait for a resolution ?

You can use
Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

Yes: please try the new Preview version of Goalscape Desktop (copy attached). It has proved to be effective for others experiencing the same issue – let us know if it works for you too!

Great – thanks for letting us know. When we release the next Public update it will auto-install over that Preview version.
