I'm sorry but another issue arised. I've already activated Goalscape
Desktop but my Goalscape Connect account is still in "trial period expired"
mode. How can I let the system know I purchased the service?
Saludos

Hello Mariana
I confirm that your Goalscape Desktop license and Goalscape Connect subscription are registered and valid. If you are still seeing the 'trial expired' notice in Goalscape Connect, all you need to do is to sign out of Goalscape Connect and sign back in again.
If problems persist please post again.
Best
Richard

I'm so sorry (and so ashamed) I didn't try that before!! It was so obvious.
I'm sorry for wasting your time. Best wishes and thanks again :D

No worries – you are not the first to have done that and you will probably not be the last!
Cheers!
