Goalscape desktop.

I purchased Goalscape desktop a few days ago.When I try to activate the desktop version I get the message.you have been automatically been timed out.Please check your internet connection.My internet connection is working properly.I can log on to Goalscape Connect no problem.

    Hello Laieque

    Welcome aboard – sorry you have been having trouble.

    We are aware of a new activation issue affecting a few customers and we are working on a fix. I have attached a special Preview version of Goalscape Desktop with some changes to the built-in activation process.

    Before you install this on your Windows machine, please ensure the local installation of Adobe AIR is up to date – you can download the latest version here. Then download the attached Goalscape Desktop installer file: right-click it, save it to your Desktop and run it with a double-click.

    When we release the next updates for Goalscape Desktop (due imminently) the new Public version will auto-install over this Preview (when we release it you will see a prompt to install it the next time you start Goalscape Desktop when you are connected to the Internet).

    If problems persist please post again with details of any firewall or AV software you have running.
