Registering Goalscape Desktop on a replacermant computer
I am trying to install Goalscape Desktop on a new computer for Ade Challonder, ([email blocked]), who has it installed on his current computer. I can install the packsge but keep getting an error when I try to register it using Ade's credentials. I can log on to the Goalscape user site using these credentials so I know that they are correct. Please see attached screen capture.
Your help would be appreciated.

Hello David
Sorry you have been having trouble.
It looks like you are trying to activate the previous version of Goalscape Desktop: a change to Adobe AIR prevented some people from activating that version of our software.
We implemented a fix with the latest Goalscape updates, which were issued last week. So all you need to do is to download a fresh copy of the latest Goalscape Desktop software: go to our Download page and follow the steps to install the latest Adobe AIR first, then download and run the new GoalscapeDesktop.air installer file.
NB this should be the same version as the one you install by clicking 'Install now' on our homepage, so I am a bit confused as to how an error from the old version has occurred for you here... Anyway, if problems persist please post again with details of the OS and version on the affected machine.
All the best!
Richard

Thank you Richard,
I have uninstalled both Goalscape and Adobe Air, then reinstalled, this time it worked.
