Unable to activate Goalscape Desktop

I am unable to activate Goalscape Desktop. I'm definitely using the correct email address / password, and I have successfully changed it a few times to make sure.

Could you assist please?

    Hello Corne

    Yes: your Goalscape Desktop perpetual license allows you to install and activate the software on two machines concurrently. Your recent successful activation (on 10 July 2015) used up the last permission on your account.

    We have given you an extra permission on your account, so you can now go ahead and activate your latest installation.

    When you upgrade your equipment in future you can uninstall Goalscape Desktop from one of your previous machines to free up an activation to use on the new machine.

    Thank you Richard!

    That makes sense. I only have it installed on a single machine currently, but I did not deactivate previous installations prior to installing new OS versions.
    I'll remember to do that in future.
