Download does not work

Good morning

My system:
iMac,OS X 10.11.1
Safari (und Chrome)
Jahres Subskription für Goalscape

Problem:
Meldung von adobe air: die Anwendung konnte nicht installiert werden, da die Installationsdatei beschädigt ist. Bitten sie den Anwendungsautor um eine neue Installationsdatei.

Ich habe alle Problemlösungen durchgeführt:
- Sandbox ausgeschaltet
- Adobe air deinstalliert und neu installiert
- Goalscape desktop gelöscht.

ich erhalte immer noch die gleiche Fehlermeldung . Der Link auf Ihrer Problemlösungsseite zu einer Download Page führt zu einer Fehlermeldung.

Können Sie mir bitte für Goalscape Desktop für Mac in einer funktionierenden Installationsdatei zustellen oder einen funktionierenden Link zur Verfügung stellen?

    Thanks for reporting the problem. We think we have found the solution.

    Can you confirm if you previously had any older version of GoalscapeDesktop installed? No problem if you did. Just need to clarify.

    Please try again step 2 described on this page https://www.goalscape.com/how-install-goalscape-desktop/

    The link will download a different installer file.

    Hi Rudolf,

    If you are running an older Goalscape Desktop ver 2.7.x you have two options.

    1. If your ver 2.7.5 has an activated license and it working fine for you, then keep using it and wait until it auto-updates to v2.8.x. We have not yet release the auto-update for v2.7.x because we have not yet implemented a reliable migration of v2.7.x app user preferences (and recent open project list) to v2.8.x.
    2. Manually install or reinstall Goalscape Desktop v2.8.1 from this page https://www.goalscape.com/desktop-install/

    the update to 2.8.1 worked fine, directly out of the program.
