Hi i have PC and laptop i can access to pc but in laptop i get "You have entered an invalid username or password."
i use same password

   Hi Yuri,

   That happens when you are trying to login at https://connect.goalscape.com, right?
   For a start, can you confirm that you are using your normal username ([email blocked]) when logging in?
   We are looking into the server logs to trace this issue with your account.

   Also, can you let us know what platform and browsers are you using in the two instances (one that works and one that doesn't).

   Hello Yuri,

   Sorry for the inconvenience. Today I was doing user database reconciliation and that meant that I rolled back some user passwords (just passwords) to yesterdays values. I can see that yours was affected.

   We cannot see your password in plain text, but if you want me to I can restore your password to yesterday's value, or you can self reset it again here https://www.goalscape.com/accounts/password/reset

   Let me know what to do. I wont touch your account again unless you want me to.

   If there is any other problem then we'll solve it. But we need more info.
