Free trial expired, can't sign up for Goalscape connect free
It keeps asking me for a credit card, even when I click on the $0 plan. How can I get into the $0 plan without blowing away the work I've done in the trial? Thanks,

Sorry you have been having trouble.
This is due to an unexpected error in the way your trial account was transferred to the new system. To allow you to continue to access Goalscape Connect we have given you an extra couple of days on your trial.
Your extended trial will expire on Thursday December 10. At that point your account should be switched to the new Goalscape Free account: if that does not happen please post again to let us know.
As a Free user you be able to continue to work on one project, which you can share with as many others as you like (even other Free users).
Lastly, I note that you are posting from a '.edu' email address, so you will be pleased to know that we do a 50% Academic Discount for all those in full-time education. Here is a Coupon Code for you: 15ACAD50REP. If you enter that when you buy Goalscape Unlimited (click the Buy button on our Pricing page you will pay only half price ($49.50).
Please do not reveal this code to anyone else – although you are welcome to tell all your friends about Goalscape! If any of your fellow students (or professors) would like to take advantage of the academic discount, please ask them to apply here individually, with the relevant ID. Those with a '.edu' email address can simply use that to post here (as you did) and we will give them the code.

Please let us know if your extended trial does not automatically convert to a Free account when it expires and we will investigate and do the change manually if necessary.

Hi Kathy
We ran the conversion again, so you should now find that your account has been converted from Trial to Free.
There is no time limit on the Free account and you can upgrade to Unlimited any time (remember to use that Coupon Code!)
