Invalid Password or Email
Support:
I just setup an account to try Goalscape. I tried to login for the first time and I get invalid Password or Email. I know for sure both were correct. After this I tried a password reset, but that did not work either. Not a good way to start off!!

Sorry you have been having trouble.
We are unable to reproduce the error you encountered and we will certainly investigate. In the meantime we have reset your password for you and your account appears to be working fine. You can sign in to Goalscape Online here with the following credentials:
Once you have signed in, you can change your own password: click the wrench button at top right to open the Customization screen, then click the Change password button.
If you have any more trouble please post again.

Quick follow-up: we have made some changes to the access and password-reset functionality and it is passing all our internal tests.
