Hello Donny
This looks like a similar question to the one you raised before – see your previous discussion here.
Your Goalscape Desktop license is indeed perpetual. You can download the latest version from our website and activate it with your Goalscape credentials.
If you are having any trouble downloading, installing or activating the software please try the 'uninstall and reinstall Goalscape Desktop and Adobe AIR' fix: step-by-step instructions for doing this are on our Known Issues page.
Your free subscription to the web application (that you received with your Goalscape Desktop license) expired in December 2014. As part of the recent changes, this expired account has been switched to the new Free User account for Goalscape Online. So you can sign in here and create or upload one project (30 goals maximum) – and share it online with anyone you like (including other Free users). Any online projects you created under your previous subscription are View only.
If you want to use and share multiple projects of unlimited size using Goalscape Online, you can upgrade your account to Unlimited for just $6 per month here – then you will regain the full Unlimited Online functionality on all your projects.
Keep achieving great goals!
Richard
