Your sign up page doesn't appear to be working

    Thanks for taking the time to report this.

    To help us to investigate, please could you confirm that you are referring to the registration for Goalscape Free link under 'Try now' on our homepage and 'Get started' on our Pricing page. Those should take you to this page: https://www.goalscape.com/accounts/new/free/. If you enter and confirm a valid email address, provide your real name and set a password, you should see an on-screen notification and receive an email with subject 'Goalscape sign-up confirmation'.

    If you are referring to the 'Subscribe to our Newsletter' popup, if you enter a valid email address there you should see an on-screen notification, then receive an email with a link to confirm that you want to subscribe.

    We have not heard from anyone else experiencing any problems with either of these registration processes and we are seeing new sign-ups on both right now. Please try again (if it is the newsletter sign-up you will see the popup after spending some time on our site again). If problems persist please post again with the following information:

    • Which sign-up you are attempting (new Free user or Newsletter)

    • The make and model of your device

    • The operating System and version

    • The browser and version

    • What happens when you complete the details and click 'Continue' (screenshots are very useful)

    • Details of any error messages you see – and if there is a Details field please C&P the full text here.

    Thanks for the additional information and the screenshot.

    It appears that the 'Continue' button is obscured by the 'Also runs on...' bar (and presumably inaccessible - ie clicking on it does not register).

    Since that page display is definitely wrong (it looks oddly squashed in the vertical), please could you confirm

    • The make and model of your device

    • The Operating System and version

    • The version of IE you are using

    We will test our website on a similar device using the same OS and browser and resolve those issues.

    You may be able to make the display appear correctly by resizing the window – or by reducing the display size using Ctrl+ -.

    I have anyway created a new account for you by inviting you to an empty 'test' project: you will receive an invitation email with a link to the project where you can set your own password and sign in. (Once you have done so you can Close that shared project on your workspace, then click the Home tab, click anywhere on its line except its name, then select 'Remove'.)
