Hi,
How do you edit a note in iOS (iPhone/iPad)?
I can view a note created in the online version but cannot edit it.
Am I missing something?

    Hello Bart

Sorry you have been having trouble.

Please Uninstall your existing version of the Goalscape Mobile app and download the latest version from the Appstore.

If problems persist please post again with a screenshot of what you see when you click the Edit/View Notes option in the Goal Edit menu. Please also confirm the version number (at the foot of the filter screen when you swipe right).

Note too that you can in fact access the full Goalscape Online application on your iPad. To do so you need to use the free Puffin browser for iPad, which (unlike the standard iOS Safari browser) supports Flash applications.

    All the best

    Richard

    Hi Richard,

Thank you for your prompt reply, much appreciated.

I have the latest versions of the apps on both my iPad and iPhone, but am unable to both create notes in iOS and edit notes. On the iPad, I am unable to bring up the context menu to select an option (e.g. Edit Note/Comment). And on the iPhone, where I am able to bring up the menu, if I try to edit a note/comment for an item (goal or sub-goal) which has no existing notes, the app goes into an endless loop (spinning circle).

Given the issues I am having I have decided to stick with the desktop app for the time being. I have requested a refund and for my recurring monthly subscription to be cancelled.

Hopefully these issues in the iOS apps will be resolved.

    Kind regards,

    Bart Kuiper
