Deactivate Goalscape on all other platforms
Hello everyone:)
I would like to use Goalscape on a new computer (pc). I tried to activate with the software with my username and password but I got the info that is not possible because I have reached the maximum amount of activations. Would you please deactivate all my goalscape licences on all other plattforms so that I can intall/activate it on my new pc.
Thank you very much.
Regards
Jakob

Hello Jakob
Sorry you have been having trouble – we have given you an extra permission on your account so you can now go ahead and activate your latest Goalscape Desktop installation.
When you upgrade your equipment in future you can uninstall Goalscape Desktop from one of your existing machines: that will free up an activation to use on the new (or reconfigured) one.
Note too that your expired subscription to the separate yet compatible Online application has been converted to the new Goalscape Free account. This means that you can sign in to Goalscape Online using any major browser on any desktop or laptop computer and create (or upload) one personal project (30 goals maximum). You can share this project with others (including other Free users) completely free of charge. Your existing online projects are View only.
If you want to use and share multiple projects of unlimited size using Goalscape Online, you can upgrade your account to Unlimited for just $6 per month or $66 per year here.
Keep achieving great goals!
Richard

Hello Richard,
thank you for your quick reply!
" When you upgrade your equipment in future you can uninstall Goalscape Desktop from one of your existing machines: that will free up an activation to use on the new (or reconfigured) one."
-> This is what I thought; and I tried it that way. I deinstalled all my other versions and I was surprised when I saw the message that I have no free activations...
I am planning to keep this pc for a longer time. I hope I don't have to ask you again:)
Have a nice day.
Regards
Jakob
