Cant log in. giving me an issue with my clock
Hi. I rarely come on this site but need to use my account and I am being blocked out. a pop up keeps saying my clock is wrong. When in fact the clock is reading correctly. Maybe the site is saying its wrong because i am in in canada?? please get back to me asap. I need to work specifically on a project involving this program today.

Hello Melody
Sorry you have been having trouble.
I can confirm that your Unlimited account is valid and up to date.
We are aware of a 'certificate error' issue that is currently affecting Goalscape Online: this is purely an administrative issue and the site is still perfectly safe (despite the warning). If you see an 'unsafe site' error, you should be able to select the 'continue anyway (safe)' option to access Goalscape Online.
We have not heard of the 'clock' issue you are encountering, so we are mystified. It does not seem to be a Goalscape error (there are definitely no timezone issues with Goalscape Online). You may find that you can resolve this simply by restarting your browser. Please also try using the root URL (https://connect.goalscape.com) rather than one that refers to a specific goal.
If problems persist please confirm that Goalscape Online is the only software or website affected by this error. A screenshot of the error message you are seeing would be very useful.
All the best
Richard

Hello!
Thank you for the reply! Sadly im still not getting through.
I tried using the link you sent to go directly. I am getting this pop up
(attached). I've never seen this message before when trying to get onto
different sites.. it seems concentrated to yourselves.
I will surely let you know if I am able to get in. but any additional help
would be greatly appreciated. Im at a loss for what to do. When i click
to adjust the clock, it seems the time is set perfectly for our time zone
so i can't figure out what it's referring to. its never done this before
today, but i haven't gone onto goalscape for about a month or so.
Please get back to me as soon as you can. I have a whole weekend of staff
on call waiting to access this info so we can have this team seminar
session with it as our primary use.
thank you.

Hello Melody
Thanks very much for posting that screenshot. From the error detail (NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID) this appears to be a result of the Certificate Error I mentioned.
First, please try clicking the 'Advanced' link (on the left of the screen, above the error detail notes): that should offer you the option to override the Certificate Error. If that does not work, please try using Mozilla Firefox: you will still see a Certificate Error; you should however be able to override it.
Please let us know if either of these works for you.
Best
Richard

Hello Melody
No worries, glad to help.
This is highly unlikely to happen to Goalscape Online again; if it ever does though (or if you see a similar message on any other site you use regularly), note that you can override the warning using the 'continue anyway' option (under 'Advanced' on the error page you sent us).
Best
Richard
