Sorry you have had trouble.
Your latest successful activation used the last permission on your account: we have given you an extra permission so you can now go ahead and activate your new installation.
When you upgrade your equipment in future you can uninstall Goalscape Desktop from one of your existing computers – that will free up an activation to use on the new machine.
Your expired subscription to the separate (yet compatible) web application Goalscape Online has been converted to a Goalscape Free account. This means you can sign in here and create (or upload) one project (30 goals maximum) and share it with others (including other Free users), completely free of charge. Any existing online projects you created when your subscription was valid are now View only.
If you want to use and share multiple online projects of unlimited size on any computer anywhere in the world, you can upgrade your Free account to Unlimited for just $6 per month or $66 per year here.
Keep achieving great goals!

Thank you, Richard.
I've only ever used one PC at a time, so this activation, today, is the one
that I'll be using. Any others, outstanding, as it were, are no longer
necessary. If I get another PC, it would be good to have an activation free
