I am trying to update my iMac with the latest software but have got this message. Please advise?
I can see this is a common fault, perhaps its something that needs addressed.

Hello Jack
Sorry you have been having trouble – thanks for sending the screenshots.
There is definitely nothing wrong with the Goalscape Desktop installer file and the application itself is double-certificated. The second message you are seeing is from Adobe AIR and indicates that the error is most likely to be due to a problem with the AIR installation on your machine – which is the case for nearly all download, installation and activation errors.
So the first thing to try is the 'uninstall and reinstall Goalscape Desktop and Adobe AIR' fix: full step-by-step instructions for doing this are on the Known Issues page.
If problems persist please post again.
We are working on a captive runtime version of Goalscape Desktop that will make it independent of the local AIR environment.
Keep achieving great goals in 2017!
Richard
