Hello Cornel
Sorry you have had trouble.
The 'Attach files' function is working fine in Goalscape Online in all our tests. If it is not working for you, the first thing to try is simply to refresh the browser page. If that does not work for you, please ensure that you have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed and enabled in your browser, then clear your cache and restart the browser.
Please note too that Safari has Known Issues with many online applications (not just Goalscape). So if problems persist, please try a different browser: we recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (and Chrome uses its own Flash plugin which means it is always up to date).
If problems persist please post again with a description of what you see when you click the Attachments tab, then the 'Attach files' button – you should see a drop-down window that allows you to select the attachment (you should be able to attach files in any format). Screenshots would be very useful.
All the best
Richard

Thank you. Chrome worked perfectly.

Hi Cornel
Splendid – thanks very much for letting us know.
The 'Attach file' function should work correctly in Safari too: if it is not working for you, you may simply need to install the latest Adobe Flash Player (sorry that that link was omitted from my previous message).
Keep achieving great goals in 2018!
Richard
