GS Desk Top Instal not working
Hi I cannot get the Desk top to install on my PC. Windows 10 Microsoft Surface book i7 using Firefox as the web browser

Sorry you have been having trouble.
Nearly all installation issues are due to a problem with the local Adobe AIR environment, so the first thing to do is to follow these steps to install the latest AIR first, then download and run the GoalscapeDesktop.air installer file (that link is also available on the download page under 'Problems installing?').
If that does not work, you will need to uninstall and reinstall Goalscape Desktop and AIR: full step-by-step instructions for doing this are on our Known Issues page.
If you still have any trouble installing or activating Goalscape Desktop, please post again with a description of the problem itself (what you did and what you saw), with screenshots of any error messages – and if there is a Details button please click it and C&P the full text here.
