Was charged $6 but my account was not upgraded
My bank statement shows that I was charged $6 just a few days ago (when I decided to re-new my subscription here at goalscape) and apparently I still don't have a full account?
Does it take awhile for the upgrade to occur? Will it start at the beginning of next month or next week or is this just a technical error?
I can provide images of my bank statement if necessary. Please respond back. Thanks!

I also still have the email and invoice stating that I made this payment if necessary for verification.
I'd really just like to have the unlimited version back... As soon as possible preferably...

Sorry you have had trouble – and for the delay in responding.
I confirm that your purchase went through fine and your account was indeed upgraded to Unlimited. So all you need to do is to sign out of Goalscape Online and sign back in again for the change to take effect (Online sign-ins are persistent across browser and computer sessions).
