I cannot update goalscape : during installation, a window open and say a problem of certificate. You have to contact the author.
I do it today for the second time.
How long do I need to wait to get a solution ?

It appears that you did not receive our replies to your previous discussion.
Your installed version of Goalscape Desktop (2.8.2) is very old, so the solution is to uninstall and reinstall Goalscape Desktop and Adobe AIR – the instructions are on our Known Issues page.
