Export to PNG is hard to use
Desktop Version 2.9.6 on Windows 10; AIR 30.0.0.107
Hi,
the last days I am really struggling with getting a useful PNG Export.
My goal map has 6 levels and place in the outer goals is tight. So it's not easy to get an image export that is big enough to show meaningful text in the outer goals. The simple export depends on the screen size so I thought I would be better off by exporting via "Report Options" and set the target size to A0 (this way the image should get as big es possible giving much space for the text) BUT: I think there is bug! The lager the output size -> the smaller the image gets.
The only workaround I found is to make the application window really big (which is possible in my multi-monitor setup) and export it directly without the "Report Options".
I attached some images to show the problem.
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris
Sorry you have had trouble – and for the delay in responding here (for some reason your message was caught in our spam filter).
We are aware of the issues around exporting images to large paper sizes and we are working on a fix – possibly in the next Updates.
All the best
Richard
