upload documents failing
I have been trying to upload documents to my on-line GSP's and keep getting failure messages and request to try later. This is the typical report:
Event type: webService_GoalAttachmentUpload
Fault code: Client.Error.Upload
Fault string: Error #2038
Fault detail: null
Any ideas?

Sorry you have been having trouble.
The goal attachments function is working fine in all our tests here and we have not heard from anyone else having a similar problem. To help us to investigate please confirm:
Your Operating System and version
The browser you are using
How you connect to the internet (direct Ethernet/WiFi or via a LAN)
Which file types are affected (or if it affects all file types)
In the meantime you can upload your documents to a filesharing facility like Google Drive, then post links to their locations in the Notes for the relevant goal (this also has the advantage that if you update the file in Drive you do not need to re-attach it to your Goalscape project).
