    Hello Paul

Thanks for your inquiry – good to hear from you again! Thanks too for the screenshot and system information.

Please note that, although it is billed as a 'Flash browser' and 'Flash Compatible', in fact the Lightning browser only supports Flash applications on devices running versions of Android below 4.4 (requires installation of Flash APK). Since you are running Android 5.0.2 on your tablet, you will not be able to use Lightning to run any Flash applications (including Goalscape Online). See the FAQ under Settings in Lightning itself.

If you want to use the full Online application on a tablet, you need to use a browser that supports Flash (under the latest versions of Android). While we do not guarantee that Goalscape Online will work perfectly in any such environment, we can confirm that it runs OK if you use the free Puffin browser (search the Google Play Store for 'Puffin'). See the attached screenshot. The interaction is not perfect; it will though allow you to use the goal map UI when you sign in to Online on your Android tablet. Note too that the attached screenshot is from a Samsung phone; the display on your tablet should be fuller and easier to use.

As you know, there is also a Goalscape Mobile app that runs on any Android or iOS tablet or phone (search Google Play Store for 'Goalscape'. It is a free companion app that automatically syncs with your Online projects to deliver daily goals and tasks to your mobile device. Because most phone screens are simply too small to support Goalscape's full 'goal map' UI and all its tap and drag functionality (even for those with very small fingers), Goalscape Mobile uses an indented text hierarchy format – like the Goal List > Tree view in the main application.

You will be also be pleased to know that we are moving away from dependence on Flash and the browser: we are re-engineering the codebase and Goalscape 3.0 will be fully cross-platform. Watch out for more announcements...

    Keep achieving great goals!

    Richard
