I did not receive a confirmation email, but was directed to a webpage containing links and important sign in information, which is lost if one of the provided links is clicked. I've emailed regarding this issue and have received no response. I've emailed requesting a refund, and shockingly, no response. This is a problem. I need to hear back from someone on your team immediately - this is unbelievably unprofessional.

    This problem was resolved and was an issue on my end - This comment can be deleted by admin so as to not confuse or concern other users!
