Project collaborators uploading
As a project owner I've shared this with colleagues who are free users and therefore only have access to the single project I've shared. Whenever they attempt to upload documents these are not then accessible to their fellow colleagues - this is clearly not helpful when looking to collaborate!

Hello Will
Sorry you have had trouble – thanks for reporting this error to us.
Yes, you are correct: anyone granted Edit access to a shared project can update any attribute of that project, including adding Attachments.
If this is not working correctly for anyone with whom you have shared a project, the issue is likely to be with either the local Adobe Flash Player environment or the browser.
Please ask your contact to ensure they have the latest Flash Player installed and Enabled/Allowed in the browser.
We have heard from others having a problem with Attachments when using the Firefox browser – we are working urgently on a fix for this.
In the meantime, if your contacts are using Firefox, please ask them to try uploading their Attachments again using a different browser (and check that you and other collaborators can download them).
If simply changing browser does not work, please ask your contact to post here with the following details:
Please note that you and your colleagues can also use a third-party filesharing facility like Dropbox or Google Drive, then use hyperlinks in the Goal Notes (or Comments) to point to those files. This has the additional benefit that if the shared files themselves are updated, the link in your Goalscape project will always access the latest version (whereas Attachments are 'snapshots' of the attached file at that point in time).
You will be pleased to know that we are working on a new version of Goalscape that will be a fully cross-platform webapp, with no dependence on Flash or browser functionality.
All the best
Richard
