Hi resolution displays
I am sure this is an Adobe AIR related problem. There are massive display bugs when using 4K displays, in particular when you are set to a zoom other than 1 on Windows. It is further a problem if you have a hi res display (4K laptop for instance) with a regular resolution external monitor. The program remains usable for the most part, but it's super ugly.
Best wishes getting this useful program over to a modern architecture. The visualization portion is the only reason I bought, knowing it had quirks.

Hello Greg
Welcome aboard – sorry you have had trouble. Sorry too for the delay in responding: for some reason your message went into our spam filter.
To help us to investigate this display issue, please could you send us a screenshot of what your Goalscape Desktop screen looks like on your hi res display – both under standard view (zoom = 1) and under a magnified view, with confirmation of what zoom you are using when the display becomes distorted.
It would also be very useful to know why you are using the Windows zoom function for your Goalscape work. If you maximise the application window, the standard display (zoom = 1) should provide easy navigation – and you can always change view within Desktop: collapse the outer levels to clarify the display and/or use Focus View. There is an infopoint on Changing Views infopoint – you can see where all the infopoints are by clicking the 'i' button at top right of the Desktop screen, then click any blue 'i' to see the relevant video; there is also a Full Tutorial video.
All the best
Richard

Hello Greg
We have not been able to reproduce the display issue you reported here. If it is still happening for you. Please could you send us a screenshot of what your Goalscape Desktop screen looks like on your hi res display – both under standard view (zoom = 1) and under a magnified view, with confirmation of what zoom you are using when the display becomes distorted.
It would also be very useful to know why you are using the Windows zoom function for your Goalscape work. If you maximise the application window, the standard display (zoom = 1) should support all the navigation and view options, maintaining full clarity. You can always clarify the display by changing view within Desktop itself (collapsing the outer levels to and/or using Focus View).
Best
Richard
