Sorry you have had trouble. Thanks for contacting us about this – and for the screenshots.
Goalscape Online had a brief server downtime earlier: on-screen messages were posted in advance. It has been back up since 22:25 UST and is working perfectly now.
If you are still having problems now please post again and we will investigate urgently

Quick confirmation: Goalscape Online is up again: please try signing in again and let us know if it is working OK for you now.
