I have: Win10, AIR 32.0.0.125, GS 2.9.1 (build 3873.1397)
After Install Start prompted Update on 2.9.8 (built 4242.1454) the error message regarding CERTIFICATE issue (not equel or not supports upgrades or invalid).
GS works but without updates…
Thanks for support.

    Hello Rudolf

Good to hear from you again – sorry you have had trouble.

The AIR error message referring to a 'certificate problem' is misleading: it indicates that the real issue is with your local Adobe AIR environment. So the first thing to try is the 'uninstall and reinstall Goalscape Desktop and Adobe AIR' fix: step-by-step instructions are on our Known Issues page.

If problems persist please send us a screenshot of the error message you are seeing – and if there is a Details button please click it and C&P the full text here.

    Keep achieving great goals!

    Richard

    Hi Richard,
thanks for quick reply. I have only uninstalled and then installed GS
without problems. I have the last fresh AIR. It seems, all is ok now.
    I am satisfied user.
    have a nice days,
    Rudolf
