Sorry you have had trouble.
I can confirm that you do indeed have a Goalscape account under the [email blocked] email address you are using to post here.
According to our records however the latest invoice on that account (no 25157 for $6.00, dated 30 September 2019) was returned Unpaid and the American Express card you registered as your Payment Method Information has expired. Your Unlimited monthly subscription was duly canceled and your Online account reverted to Free user on 14 October.
I can confirm that we (Goalscape Software GmbH) have not taken any payment from you since the last successful debit on 30 August 2019. Furthermore the Payment Method Information on your account has not been updated with new valid details, so it is simply not possible for us to take any payments from you.
If you can provide the date and invoice number for your latest purchase we will happily investigate further.
Or, if you actually purchased a new Goalscape Unlimited subscription under a different email address as username, please post that email address here. (Please also confirm whether you wish us to transfer any such subscription to your previous account as [email blocked].)
