It's not allowing me to type
I am trying to make categories.I am having a huge amount of trouble. it will let me change the title and then when I go to double click on the next thing the keyboard won't work at all and it goes grey. I have been struggling with it and I have no idea why it's doing this.

Sorry you have been having trouble.
Goalscape Online requires the latest Adobe Flash Player, so the first thing to do is to ensure that you have Flash installed on your machine.
Once you have installed Flash, you may also need to Enable/Allow it in your browser Settings. To do this in Firefox:
The problem you are encountering could also be due to an internet connection issue. Whenever you make any changes in Goalscape Online, you should see the 'All changes saved' message at the foot of the screen (see the attached screenshot). If you do not see this message after changing a goal name, please refresh your browser page to see the last-saved version of your project on the server.
If problems persist, please post again with the following details:
Make and model of your computer
Operating System and version (eg 'Windows 10')
Browser and version
Screenshot to illustrate what you mean by 'it goes grey' – or any error messages you see (and if an error message has a Details button, please click it and C&P the full text here.
You can also try using the Google Chrome browser: Chrome uses its own Flash plug-in so it is always up to date (you will still need to Allow Flash when you use Goalscape Online).
