Just paid for a subscription but can't load more projects
Hi There,
I just paid for a subscription but my account still says "free" and won't let me load any more projects. Please help me fix this asap.

Welcome aboard!
I confirm that your purchase went through fine and your Online account has indeed been upgraded to Unlimited. So all you need to do is to sign out of Goalscape Online and sign back in again for the change to take effect (your Online sign-ins are persistent across browser and computer sessions).
